Geo Measure creates a protected anonymous installation record for subscription verification. You can delete it directly and securely from the app.
Delete local measurements
Delete individual parcels, projects, field points, imported layers and offline maps with their in-app delete controls. To remove all local content, clear the application data or uninstall Geo Measure after exporting anything you need.
Deleting anonymous server data does not delete local parcels. Local deletion cannot be undone unless you made an export or backup.
Delete the anonymous installation
Open Geo Measure → Tools → Subscription & Information → Delete server data. Review the warning and confirm. The app sends an authenticated deletion request using credentials available only to that installation.
After success, the backend deletes the anonymous user record and its link to subscription entitlement, and the app removes the local backend credentials. A new anonymous record may be created if you later use online subscription services again.
What may remain
Store transaction and signed notification records may remain in de-identified form where reasonably required for payment disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, security, legal compliance or legal claims. Apple and Google independently retain purchase records under their policies.
Support emails are separate. Ask support to delete correspondence, subject to limited legal, security or dispute retention.
Deletion does not cancel a subscription
Deleting the anonymous installation, local data or the app does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription. Cancel separately in Apple App Store or Google Play. You normally retain access through the paid period under store rules.
Delete browser data
The online measurement tool stores drafts and parcels in your browser local storage. Remove them through the tool or the browser’s site-data settings. Clearing measure-geo.com site data removes those browser-local records.
Need deletion assistance?
If in-app deletion is unavailable, contact [email protected] from the affected device. We may request reasonable verification to avoid deleting another installation’s information. Never send an Apple ID password, Google password, store credential or payment-card number.
