Geo Measure provides estimates and field-work assistance. Legal or certified boundary work requires a qualified licensed surveyor.
Acceptance and service
These Terms govern the Geo Measure mobile applications, measure-geo.com and related services. By using Geo Measure, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Geo Measure provides map and GPS measurement, parcel storage, projects, stakeout, coordinate entry, COGO calculations, GNSS/RTK guidance, offline maps, imports, exports and reports. Availability can vary by platform, device, location, subscription, map provider and app version.
No official survey or legal boundary
Geo Measure is not a substitute for a cadastral survey, certified plan, title search, legal boundary determination, engineering inspection or professional advice. GPS accuracy is affected by hardware, satellite visibility, buildings, trees, terrain, weather, interference, assisted positioning, receiver configuration and technique.
Do not rely on Geo Measure alone for ownership disputes, construction, excavation, utility locating, emergency navigation, autonomous machinery or any safety-critical decision. Verify important results independently and use a licensed surveyor where professional or legal accuracy is required.
Field safety and property access
Stay aware of traffic, terrain, weather, equipment and other hazards. Do not operate a device where unsafe. Obtain permission before entering private or restricted land and follow applicable workplace, trespass, environmental and safety rules.
Lawful and acceptable use
You may use Geo Measure only lawfully. You must not interfere with the app, backend, purchase verification or security; obtain Pro access without a valid entitlement; overload map services; misrepresent measurements as official records; or violate property rights, app-store rules or provider terms.
- Do not access private or restricted property without authorization.
- Do not use automated bulk requests against public map services.
- Do not reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where law expressly permits.
- Confirm that you have the right to import, process and share geographic data.
Your data, backups and exports
You retain rights to measurement data, project information, notes, imports and files you create. Local data and backups remain your responsibility. Export important work before deleting or reinstalling the app.
You control files shared with other apps and are responsible for verifying coordinates before professional, legal or safety-sensitive use.
Maps and third-party information
Maps, satellite imagery, addresses, terrain and geographic features can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable and can carry provider-specific licenses. A visual road, fence, building or parcel position does not establish a legal location.
Third-party services and external GNSS/NTRIP providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Geo Measure Pro
Pro features are provided through an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased from Apple App Store or Google Play. Store-displayed pricing, trial eligibility, billing, cancellation and refunds are controlled by the applicable store.
Deleting the app, local measurements or anonymous backend data does not cancel a subscription.
Availability and changes
We may update, limit, suspend, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, provider availability, legal compliance or development. Online maps, purchases, restoration and subscription verification require internet access; offline maps must be prepared in advance.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every map layer, sensor, format, receiver or external service.
License and intellectual property
Geo Measure software, interface, branding and original content are protected by applicable law. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service as permitted by the app store and these Terms. Third-party maps, libraries, data, names and trademarks remain with their owners.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geo Measure is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for a particular surveying, legal, engineering, agricultural, construction or commercial purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from map inaccuracies, GPS error, lost local data, unavailable services, exported files or reliance on measurements. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Apple and Google platform terms
For iOS, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms supplement it for Geo Measure services and conduct. Apple is not responsible for Geo Measure maintenance, measurements, support or product claims.
Android use is also subject to applicable Google Play terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for third-party map content or Geo Measure measurement results.
Suspension, disputes and changes
You may stop using Geo Measure at any time. We may restrict online services when reasonably necessary to address security abuse, purchase fraud, unlawful use or a serious violation. Store cancellation and entitlement expiration remain governed by the store.
These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections in your country. Contact support before formal proceedings so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable mandatory law and jurisdiction rules continue to apply.
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published here.
